Description | It is the intent of this formal Request for Statement of Qualifications ( RFSOQ ) to receive proposals from qualified prospective proponents and select a qualified firm ( Consultant ) to design and construct a transit facility that accommodates the functional areas of administration , operations , maintenance , training , and parking including charging for electric vehicles . The project improvements also include construction of new concrete sidewalk , driveways and streetlights , modification of the existing storm drain facility , installation of landscaping and irrigation systems , and other work required to make a complete and serviceable project . |
