Description | The Transit bus garage is located at 215 E . Fairplains Greenville , MI 48838 . The bus garage was built in 2019 , yet in 2024 , upgraded gutters and snow brake system were required . During the installation , the contractor found additional issues that needed to be addressed soon . ( see photos below ) The issues that need repair are as follows : • Repair void in exhaust pipe boot and replace cracked flashing . • Replace poor flashing and reseal the bases of curbs on both sides of roof especially where water is being trapped between ribs . • Pull up gable trim to reseal along roof panel and add appropriate self - tapping screws every 12 ” to prevent leaks on the southeast corner . |
