Description | Contractor Required Responsibilities : Dispatch ▪ Excellent Customer Service o Answer the phone o Provide assistance to customers o Enter all reservations into the paratransit software o Instruct and guide Operators regarding any Safety / Security issues that may arise on a daily basis . ▪ Monitor and address Operator schedule adherence and provide immediate solutions to keep the Operator “ On Time ”. o Provide daily updates to City Staff ▪ Final paratransit scheduling for next day . Service Implementation and Rollout ▪ Adequate staffing for service hours and requirements ▪ Assistance and Successful Implementation of New Services ▪ Responsible for taking calls and booking trips during operating hours ▪ Pre / Post Trip Vehicle Inspections and Reporting ▪ Fare Collection on board the vehicles ▪ Passenger boarding and alighting count on board ▪ Civil Right and ADA Regulations Safety and Training ▪ Safety Program and Training Manual ( to be reviewed and approved by the City of Nashua ) ▪ Safety Training for New Hires and ongoing Safety Training for Operations Staff ▪ New Employee Training Program ( to be reviewed and approved by the City of Nashua )... |
