Description | A . The Buffalo Trace Road Commission shall not be held responsible for the bidder exceeding federal , state or local weight limits , fines or any penalties associated with the work to be performed . B . The haul distance from port - to - port shall be established by the unit of government placing the work order and be based on the shortest haul distance mileage as shown on an official Kentucky highway map . C . Deliveries shall be made within a reasonable period of time , by giving at least twenty - four hour notice to the unit of government placing the work order . D . The unit of government placing the work order reserves the right to establish the method of delivery of the product to be hauled ; i . e ., the total tons to be hauled by each truck and type of dump body . |
