Description
Description | Dry Trash Receptacles : The contractor shall provide one ( 1 ) four ( 4 ) cubic yard open top stationary container , one ( 1 ) four ( 4 ) cubic yard trash receptacle , and one ( 1 ) forty ( 40 ) cubic yard receiving box with one ( 1 ) two ( 2 ) cubic yard stationary compactor to the CRCC . The contractor shall place each trash receptacle at a location designated by the state agency . The contractor shall provide one ( 1 ) forty ( 40 ) cubic yard receiving box with one ( 1 ) two ( 2 ) cubic yard stationary compactor at AEC . The contractor shall retain ownership of all trash receptacles provided and shall keep the dry trash receptacles in good mechanical and safe working condition . Within forty - eight ( 48 ) hours after state agency notification to the contractor , the contractor shall repair or schedule the repair of a trash receptacle reported by the state agency as having mechanical problems or if the trash receptacle appears to be in an unacceptable condition . The contractor shall supply a replacement trash receptacle at no additional fee to the state agency in the case of a trash receptacle needing to be removed for repair or maintenance . Scheduled Trash Collection for CRCC : The contractor shall provide trash collection services for the receptacles on a scheduled basis , as specified below : The contractor shall collect trash from the one ( 1 ) four ( 4 ) cubic yard open top stationary container , three ( 3 ) times per week on Monday , Wednesday , and Friday . The contractor shall collect trash from the one ( 1 ) four ( 4 ) cubic yard trash receptacle , one ( 1 ) time per month on a day and time agreeable to the state agency . The contractor shall collect trash from the one ( 1 ) forty ( 40 ) cubic yard receiving box , two ( 2 ) times per week on days and times agreeable to the state agency . For Crossroads Correctional Center , the contractor shall collect wet trash from ( 1 ) state agency owned twenty ( 20 ) cubic yard trash receptacle , two ( 2 ) times per week on a day and time agreed upon by the state agency and contractor . |
