It is the intent of the Jefferson County Facilities to contract a vendor to supply five , 20 - yard containers , one each in five different locations in Jefferson County . The vendor will be contracted to provide sanitation service for one year with payment being made monthly . The locations are as follows : Highway North Campus : 6450 Highway MM , House Springs MO ; Highway West Campus : 5275 Hwy B , Hillsboro MO ( Top Bldg .); Highway West Campus : 5275 Hwy B , Hillsboro MO ( Lower Bldg .); Highway East Campus : 2960 Lee Pyle Rd ., DeSoto MO ; General Services Building : 10731 Business 21 , Hillsboro MO ; Temporary Location : Varies ; Average pickup will be at once a month for regular usage . Additional pick - up requests will be required during high usage months and additional pickup requests by the County will be made by phone . The vendor must provide a schedule of the monthly pick update for the containers . The container pickup / return is limited to the hours of 7 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm on non - holidays Monday - Friday . All material must be properly disposed of , and vendor shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations . At temporary locations dumpster maybe requested by the county .
