Description | Vendor shall perform an examination of the visual nature of each tree ' s roots , trunk , and crown to determine structural defects . Additionally , the Vendor shall conduct aerial inspection , using their own equipment ; shall perform tissue sampling and testing ( as appropriate and possible at the season time of the inspection , and as is necessary to produce the report and recommendations ; shall perform resistance drilling ; and shall perform at least one ( 1 ) other non - invasive advanced diagnostic testing method ( e . g . TreeRadar , sonic tomography , electrical resistance , etc .) to visualize the internal structure of the tree ( s ) to detect decay , cavities , and / or cracks . |
