Description | The Township seeks qualified , experienced contractors to furnish and plant deciduous shade trees at residential roadside locations throughout the Township as part of a Spring 2026 planting program . The work includes : • Furnishing nursery - grown trees • Transportation of trees to planting sites • Professional installation in accordance with industry standards • Initial stabilization and mulching • One - year establishment warranty The Township anticipates planting approximately 50 trees . The Township reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on funding , site conditions , and resident participation . 2 . SCOPE OF WORK The successful bidder shall provide all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to complete the following : A . TREE SUPPLY • Trees shall be nursery - grown , free of defects , pests , and disease • Minimum height : 6 – 8 feet at time of planting • Minimum caliper : 2 . 0 " – 2 . 5 ", measured 6 " above grade • Species shall be from an approved list provided by the Township , which may include : o Oaks o Maples o Elms o Lindens ... |
