Description | Replace the existing six reinforced concrete pipes under Tremont Road with a triple 10 ’ x5 ’ cast - in - place box culvert . The proposed box culvert will be 61 linear feet and constructed in accordance with GDOT 2403 . The project will include cast - in - place wingwalls , parapets and aprons constructed in accordance with GDOT 2404 , 2405 and 2406 . The box , wingwalls and aprons will be supported on a geotextile and 12 inches of # 57 stone . The bid form includes line items for additional undercutting and backfill if approved by the Engineer . The project includes the installation RCP piping in the existing ditches , which discharge through the wingwalls . |
