Similar similar goods means vehicles equivalent to those shown in the special specifications. b)must be able to submit manufacturing specifications (based on the guidelines for preparing manufacturing specifications) that conform to the procured goods in question at the time of submitting the application for confirmation of competitive eligibility. )must have demonstrated that it has a prompt after-sales service and maintenance system for the procured goods.
