Synopsis for Solicitation Number N0018926QL115 (TSVRON Fire Detection System Service) The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for TSVRON Fire Detection System Service. This is synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The requirement covers the performance requirements for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk. The requirement will be solicited on 01 May 2026. The services that will be procured consists of the following: Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG4) is seeking services for Fire Detection System replacement. The Contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to survey the entire vessel (all decks, voids, and compartments) design and develop the following F size Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) system drawings in a commercial computer-aided design (AutoCAD) program. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is:561990 – All Other Support Services. The product service code (PSC) is J012 – Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Fire Control Equipment. The Period of Performance will be from 01 June 2026 to 27 September 2026.
