The Air Force Test Center ( AFTC ) is currently conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providingone ( 1 ) Woods TBW12 . 40 Turf Batwing Finish Mower ( or a technically equivalent ' brand name or equal ' mower deck ). The Government is seeking capability statements from all interested vendors , including Small Businesses ( SB ), 8 ( a ), HUBZone , Economically Disadvantaged Woman - Owned Small Businesses ( EDWOSB ), Woman - Owned Small Businesses ( WOSB ), and Service - Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Businesses ( SDVOSB ). The required equipment shall be delivered to Eglin AFB , Duke Field . Respondents should indicate their size in relation to this size standard and indicate socio - economic status ( i . e . SB , 8 ( a ), HUBZone , EDWOSB , WOSB , or SDVOSB ). Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign - owned / Foreign - controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees for this effort .
