Description | The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is inviting prospective bidders to submit proposals for aTurnkey Video Wall and Audio-Visual Solutionfor its new Orchestration Centre located in Copenhagen, Denmark.The selected provider will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, installation, and integration of an LED video wall and a centralised touch-panel control system. This comprehensive solution must integrate seamlessly with UNFPA's existing Cisco video conferencing and Barco wireless content sharing systems to support both Supply Chain Orchestration and Analytics (SCOA) operations and standard conference room functions.Interested vendors are required to attend amandatory site visit on March 5, 2026, and must submit their complete technical and financial bids electronically by12:00 PM (Copenhagen Time) on March 9, 2026 |
