These services are required to support the FCO objectives and to define the scope, deliverables and implementation conditions that apply to the Department’s requirements for Future Fighter capability and the introduction of the F-35A into service. The TSPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry.
