Two Rivers / New Horizon Class Room Framing

Weber School District invites all contractors to bid on the following project at Two Rivers / New Horizon School . Time is of the essence and therefore the job walk ( mandatory , see pre - bidding event for details ) and bidding window has been condensed , thank you for your flexibility and understanding . See attached floor plan . The project is as follows : Bid - Demo and Framing , Contractor to demo 5 current offices along with two single use restrooms . The contractor will also need to tear up the existing floor to relocate sewer lines from current restrooms to ( 6 ) new single use restrooms along with a floor sink , 3 hand wash sinks and drinking fountains . The contractor will be responsible for haul off of debris . The contractor will also frame ( 6 ) new classrooms along with faculty and storage room . District will provide metal studs for framing , Districts responsible for setting all door and door hardware , sheetrock , T - bar ceilings , electrical , plumbing paint and flooring HVAC modifications .
