Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne työasemista, työasemanäytöistä ja tarvikkeista sekä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo sopimuskaudella sopimusoptiot huomioituna on noin 130 miljoonaa euroa (alv 0 %). Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: 1. Työasemat, näytöt ja tarvikkeet ja näihin liittyvät palvelut (ennakoitu arvo 120 Meur) 2. Erikoistyöasemat ja näihin liittyvät palvelut (ennakoitu arvo 10 Meur) Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen valitsemiinsa osa-alueisiin. Tilaaja tekee hankintasopimukset osa-alueittain. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa hankintasopimusta kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua hankintasopimuksen. Hankintasopimuksen luonnos on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Tilaaja ei sitoudu määräostovelvoitteeseen. Annetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioita ja ne voivat muuttua. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Toimittaja ei saa yksinoikeutta tämän sopimuksen mukaisten tuotteiden ja palveluiden toimittamiseen Tilaajalle, ja Tilaaja voi hankkia vastaavia tuotteita ja palveluja myös mahdollisilta muilta toimittajiltaan.
