Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements : A minimum of 1 , 000 rentable square feet ( RSF ) and a maximum of 1 , 140 RSF of retail office space for a U . S . Armed Forces Career CenterTotal initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five ( 5 ) years . Located within a defined delineated area in Elk Grove , CA N : Laguna Blvd , S : Laguna Park Dr ., E : Laguna Park Dr ., W : Laguna Park Dr . Designated on - site parking for up to four ( 4 ) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basisOffered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease . Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners . Submission RequirementsInterested respondents must submit the following : Building name and addressLocation of available space within the buildingRentable square feet ( RSF ) and Usable square feet ( USF ) offeredDate space will be availableProposed rental rate per RSFEvidence of ownership or authorization to represent ownerResponses are due no later than 12 : 00PM PDT on 03 / 25 / 26 . Responses received after the stated deadline may not be considered . The Government intends to conduct a competitive procurement and issue a Request for Lease Proposals ( RLP ) to respondents whose properties are determined by the Government to meet the minimum requirements stated herein .
