Hire of chauffeur-driven official vehicles (luxury limousine-type or saloon-type cars) and minibuses for multilateral summits between the European Union and non-EU countries, involving the participation of heads of state and government. These summits will be held in Brussels in the European Council building. The services will be provided to heads of state and government, as well as the accompanying delegations, for the entire duration of the summits, i.e. from their arrival at Belgian airports and/or railway stations until their departure. The drivers will be subject to an accreditation and security procedure by the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC). Initially, the GSC will enter into a 2-year multiple framework contract in cascade, which may be renewed for 2 periods of 1 year.
