This is a Sources Sought Notice . This is NOT a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement ( BPA ). The United States Coast Guard ( USCG ) Yard is conducting Market Research to identify qualified , commercially available sources to provide Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing Services for upcoming vessels scheduled for the U . S . Coast Guard Yard availability . The work consist of providing all personnel , equipment , supplies , facilities , transportation , tools , materials , supervision , planning , and other items necessary to perform Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing services as defined in the attached Draft Statement of Work ( SOW ), except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services . This is a non - personal services requirement to provide Ultrasonic Side Scan Testing at the U . S . Coast Guard Shipyard , 2401 Hawkins Point Road , Baltimore , MD .
