Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , and equipment required to construct a new 12 . 47kV underground electrical distribution system . Project work consists of but is not limited to the following : The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , and equipment required to construct a new 12 . 47kV underground electrical distribution system , including conduit installation , duct banks , horizontal directional drilling , and demolition of existing utilities . Work includes installation of pad - mounted switch basements , medium - voltage cable , terminations , grounding , and all associated testing and commissioning to NETA and IEEE standards . The Contractor shall coordinate all outages , maintain site access and safety , and restore all disturbed areas to equal or better condition . All work must comply with UND specifications , applicable codes , and project administrative requirements . |
