Description | Annual Required Testing Contractor shall perform all testing required under state and federal law , including but not limited to : Monthly Designated UST Operator Inspections Annual Employee Training Annual Monitoring System Certification Annual Vapor Recovery Source Testing Vapor recovery compliance testing ( if applicable ) Maintenance Services on an as needed basis Triennial Testing Secondary containment testing ( SB 989 ) Overfill Prevention Inspection Hydrostatic testing ( where required ) Tank integrity assessment ( if applicable ) Regulatory Reporting Contractor shall : Provide formal compliance reports within five ( 5 ) business days Immediately notify Agency of failed tests Provide written corrective action recommendations Submit documentation to the appropriate CUPA Upload documentation into CERS if required Maintain organized digital compliance records Provide annual compliance summary reports for Agency records Provided documentation to county ( if applicable ) Emergency Services ( As Needed ) 24 - hour emergency response availability Priority response for municipal fleet fueling interruptions Repair services subject to Agency approval and procurement rules |
