Description | The City is soliciting proposal packets from professional companies experienced and qualified to perform Underwriting Services for the City of La Mesa . Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability at providing comparable services are invited to submit proposals . This request is to establish part of a Debt Financing Team to assist with the issuance of debt including , but not limited to , the issuance or refunding of bonds . The Debt Financing Team would consist of a Financial Advisor , Bond Counsel , and Underwriter . Agreements for these services may have terms up to , but not exceed , 10 years and are subject to review after four years . |
