Description
Description | The general scope of work for this project includes : Provide two ( 2 ) natural - gas - fired IntelliHot iQ751 domestic hot water heaters , complete with all required appurtenances , accessories , piping , valving , venting , electrical connections , and all associated components necessary to deliver a fully operational domestic hot water system . Work includes full integration with the Building Automation System ( BAS ) for monitoring , alarming , and control , in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications , and as required for a complete and functional installation . The Contractor shall install the new DHW system in a manner that maintains continuous operability of the existing system until an Owner - approved cutover date is established to minimize domestic hot water downtime . Following successful cutover and commissioning of the new equipment , the Contractor shall perform demolition and removal of the existing DHW system in its entirety . |
