Dear Sir/Madam,UNICEF China Office will establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for "Every Child Ring" under tender reference LITB-2026-9203295.Please be advised that apre-bidding meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on 20 April 2026.If you are interested in attending the meeting, please send an email to pnie@unicef.org, and we will send you the invitation email.Please submit your bid at 10:20am on 30 April 2026.The bid documents must be submitted via email to the UNICEF China Office. The email address is chinabid@unicef.org. Each email should have a maximum attachment size of ten (10) megabytes, and all attachments should be in PDF format. Larger attachments should be split across multiple emails with a clear indication in the subject line, or alternatively, a cloud share link may be used.The subject line of the email must include the above-mentioned tender number (LITB-2026-9203295) when you send your quotation. No other recipients should be CC'd or BCC'd in the email. Offers sent to any other email address will be invalidated.!!! It is mandatory to include the stamped and signed "Quotation Form" and "Declaration Form" from the tender documents along with your quotation email. !!!Offers that fail to meet mandatory requirements will be considered non-compliant and will lead to an invalid bid submission.Please note that there are three sheets annexed, containing the Evaluation Criteria and Bid Form (02 documents). Please complete the technical and commercial forms and submit them in separate emails — one for the technical part and the other for the commercial part.
