This will be a two-part project, potentially spanning two fiscal years, with the Unified Development Code Rewrite completed as Part 1 and the Comprehensive Plan Update completed as Part II. The Comprehensive Plan Update must be completed, approved, and adopted no later than October 31, 2028. |
