Unity Point Park – Fountain Base and Fence Repairs

Contractor shall include the cost to furnish all labor , materials , tools and equipment necessary for a complete restoration of the fountain base façade and at Unity Point Park as outlined in this RFQ document .  Remove and reinstall 20 - 18 ” x36 ” precast concrete caps .  Replace 4 - 2 ” x24 ” precast concrete façade panels .  Remove and reattach 15 - 2 ” x24 ” precast concrete façade panels .  Replace 1 - 8 ” x8 ” x12 ” precast concert fence post pedestal . Concrete pedestal shall have 1 ” chamfer corners to match existing .  Remove and reinstall 1 ornamental aluminum 6 ’ wide fence section .  Provide and install 2 new 6 ’ wide ornamental aluminum fence sections .  Provide and install a new Altivar 630 Variable Speed Drive : Model ATV630U75M3 or similar upon prior bid approval . o Contractor shall submit substitution prior to bidding . Approved substitutions shall be made valid through issued addendum .
