Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0330 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Unmanned Aerial System (UAM). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336411 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the item description, place of manufacture, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. Item delivered FOB Destination inclusive of all costs including installation. Complete Attachment 3- SF 1449 Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit all items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. Quotes are due on 3/27/2026 at 2:00 PM PT by email to Elizabeth Calhoun at Elizabeth.Calhoun@usda.gov. You must include the solicitation Title and Notice ID number as the subject line of the email.
