Update to the 2017 Douglas County Master Transportation Plan

Summary The Scope of Work is intended to update , revise , and extend the 2017 Douglas County Master Transportation Plan ( MTP ), which is an element of the 2020 Douglas County Master Plan . The Consultant will prepare the update to the MTP in cooperation with County staff . The County will provide the Consultant with certain documents and data that can be utilized in preparing the update . The updated MTP will replace the existing MTP in its entirety . The Consultant will be expected to provide a complete stand - alone document that can be directly adopted by the County . Deliverables are expected to be made in digital and hard copy formats that will become the property of the County . The Consultant will be responsible for project management , monitoring activities , schedule and budget . The Consultant will attend project meetings with the County , project stakeholders , and two ( 2 ) public workshops . The Consultant will be expected to provide monthly status reports that include meeting minutes that occurred over the reporting period . The project consists of seven specific tasks to update the existing MTP summarized as follows : 1 . Collect and review background information 2 . Update Chapter 1 , Introduction 3 .
