Cabinet 1 – Dockets 84 - 200 to 99 - 1362 ( Estimated 28 , 500 fiche ) o Index : Docket Number , First Name , Last Name , Case Type Restricted / Public o Import into AX ( Application Extender ) b . Cabinet 2 – Dockets 79 - 729 to 83 - 425 ( Estimated 8 , 000 fiche ) o Index : Docket Number , First Name , Last Name , Case Type Restricted / Public o Import into AX ( Application Extender ) 2 . Ability to provide additional backfile conversion of microfiche on an as needed basis . B . Upgrades 1 . Guardian Follow - Up Module : Internal module to be installed into the existing Bluestone Probate System that offers increased data tracking for Guardian Accounts . This module shall allow for the following : a . Additional data to be captured for certain cases within the Bluestone Case Management system that are flagged as “ Follow - up ” cases . b . Additional data to be in list form which shall include , but not be limited to the following : o Annual review submission dates o Visit date and outcomes o Follow - up requirements , date , and outcome c . First year of maintenance and support shall be included but shall be shortened to coincide with the end date of the original contract term ( May 10 , 2026 ). |
