Description | Draft : Contractor will provide full service maintenance on the following systems : APC Symmetra PX 40 . 0 KVA ( serial number PD0719260334 ) Services included are to be : 4 - 8 or 12 hour response time determined by the contract level Unlimited service calls determined by the contract level Free 24 hour tech support 24X7 Contracted Service Coverage ( Including Holidays ) Regular preventive maintenance visits for UPS and battery systems Additional terms and conditions under the terms of this full service agreement , Contractor will provide continuous effort service response within the contracted term , provide free parts , and fund all travel and labor costs . Any cost of repairs deemed necessary to restore the equipment to factory specs are billable . This Agreement does not include battery replacement or labor and travel associated with battery replacement . |
