This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government ' s requirements . Defense Health Agency is issuing this SS Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of providing UPS Battery Maintenance Service . This notice does not constitute a request for proposal , request for quote or invitation to bid . The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set - aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS . NAICS Code : 221122 - Electrician Power DistributionDescription / Scope of Work : See attached DRAFT PWS . It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm - Fixed - Price ( FFP ) contract , with a Product Service Code ( PSC ) of J061 and NAICS Code of 221122 . SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : Responses to this SS notice shall not exceed two ( 2 ) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point . The technical capabilities statement shall include : A cover page containing the company ' s name , address , CAGE code , Unique Entity ID , years in business , affiliate information , parent company , joint venture partners , NAICS code , business size / socio - economic status , Government business point - of - contact name , phone number , and email address . No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SS notice or any follow - up information requests . No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation . In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement , if any , that may arise from this announcement , information regarding the Technical Point of Contact ( TPOC ) will not be provided and no appointments for presentations will be made .
