Description | The Respondent shall be responsible for the removal of any existing uninterruptible power supply ( UPS ) equipment , if applicable , and shall return all removed equipment to the District . The new UPS installation shall include mounting and installing units within existing rack or cabinet locations as required . The Respondent shall be responsible for all connections between the UPS units and supported network equipment . All configuration , testing , labeling , and documentation associated with the UPS installation shall be included in the contractor ’ s bid price . |
