Description | This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34 - 601 et seq . A general description of the Project is : Freestone Lakes renovation and irrigation system replacement and Crossroads Lake renovation and irrigation system replacement . The scope includes lake dredging , lake liner replacements , pump replacements and upgrades , turf removal to eliminate run - off into lakes , aeration equipment upgrades , reconditioning of pump stations , and other related lake operational system improvements at Freestone Park and Crossroads Park Lakes . The scope also includes irrigation system improvements at Freestone and Crossroads Parks that will include a complete replacement of the irrigation system from downstream of the existing pump stations . The new irrigation system will be designed to accommodate potential future park needs , development and address deficiencies within the existing system . One additional pump station and a waterline to feed the southern lake will be added to the existing system at Freestone Park . |
