This requirement is urgent and compelling . Guard services must commence Friday , May 1 , 2026 , at 6 : 30 a . m . Quotation Deadline : Thursday , April 30 , 2026 , by 0900 ( 9 a . m .) Pacific Time . Submission Instructions : Email quotation to Sandra . Shanks @ fema . dhs . gov and fema . r10 - contracts @ fema . dhs . gov . Initial requirement is one ( 1 ) Level 2 Armed Guard post , with 24 / 7 coverage for approximately 14 days . Post hours will vary after initial start up and alarm installations are complete . |
