Description | The Contractor shall : A . Collect urine specimens from all patients admitted to the ED for suspected nonfatal drug overdose ; B . Aliquot , label , and store specimen as outlined in RFQ Section 4 . 3 Specimen Collection and Storage ; C . De - identify and enter the specified demographic information for each specimen into the State ’ s Electronic Test Orders and Results ( ETOR ) Laboratory Information Management System ( LIMS ) before specimen submission as outlined in RFQ Section 4 . 4 Data Entry ; D . Prepare specimen for pickup as outlined in RFQ Section 4 . 5 Packaging and Shipping ; and E . Perform the deliverables listed below following the order of Sections 4 . 3 through 4 . 5 . 1 . The Contractor is advised that any specimen samples that deviate from the requirements of this Scope of Work or are otherwise deemed unacceptable at the sole discretion of the State will be rejected and are not considered billable . |
