The consolidated Questions and Answers are attached to this amendment.To clarify that Attachments 0001, 0002, and 0003 constitute the entire technical requirement and that all references to a separate Statement of Work document are to be disregarded.To clarify that on-site installation, emplacement, setup, and site insurance requirements (such as FAR 52.228-5) are not within the scope of this requirement. This is a supply-only contract, and performance is complete upon delivery and unloading of the equipment at the specified destination.All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W15QKN26QA155 remain unchanged and in full effect. |
