Solicitation number 52800PR26C2N012 is issued as aRequest for Quotation ( RFQ ) for theUnited States Coast Guard requirement for services for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding to support Tactical Air Navigation ( TACAN ) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu , HI . Contract Line Item 0001 : Unit - Job , Description : Scaffolding services to support Tactical Air Navigation ( TACAN ) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu , HI . All specifications are detailed in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work . Period of Performance : The period of performance for this requirement is 30 January 2026 – 01 March 2026 , however , all timelines detailed in the SOW should be adhered to and coordinated with the technical POC . Scaffolding to be installed on Monday , 02 February 2026 . 03 February 2026 shall be allotted as an overflow day , if required . Demobilization to be completed no later than Friday , 13 February 2026Place of Performance : CGC Kimball , USCG Base Honolulu , 400 Sand Island Parkway , Honolulu , Hi 96819 .
