This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and 14. All work to be performed under the contract awarded will be in accordance with FP03/24 and USDA Forest Service supplements. The project is located on the Winn Ranger District in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana on FSR 521 at milepost 2.9. The project is approximately 14 miles SSE of Winnfield, Louisiana.
