The purpose of the contract is to provide the USG with access to the Blick Art Materials, LLC Industrial Arts and Career Technical Education contract. This is a contract available for use by all USG institutions. The contract term is for One year with four (4) One (1) year options to renew, including extension beyond the cooperative contract the 5/30/2030 expiration. Renewal options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods/services may challenge this sole source determination by filing a written protest with the Deputy Commissioner of State Purchasing Division, Department of Administrative Services in accordance with the protest procedures outlined in Chapter 6.5.3, of the Georgia Procurement Manual. The protest must be received prior to the closing date and time identified herein. The sole source notification does not guarantee a minimum expenditure.
