The University System of Georgia (¿USG¿) seeks to provide students, faculty, researchers, and library users with efficient, reliable, and streamlined access to scholarly resources across participating institutions. These services support academic instruction, student research, faculty scholarship, and institutional library operations throughout the University System of Georgia. The contract term is for one year beginning 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2027. The State Entity shall have four (4) one (1) year options to renew. Options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity. ThirdIron has been identified as the sole source for this purchase for the reasons stated in the attached Sole Source Intent to Award Justification Form. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods/services may challenge this sole source determination by filing a written protest with the Deputy Commissioner of State Purchasing Division, Department of Administrative Services in accordance with the protest procedures outlined in Chapter 6.5.3, of the Georgia Procurement Manual. The protest must be received prior to the closing date and time identified herein. The sole source notification does not guarantee a minimum expenditure.
