This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 6923G226Q000017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Renovation of the Women’s Locker Rooms at Tomb Memorial Field, United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) construction service contract. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with dollar threshold below $45 Million. Offers received from firms that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected (in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside which applies to this solicitation). The USMMA seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to perform renovations and repairs at the Tomb Memorial Field Women's Locker Rooms in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). A Site-Visit is scheduled for 6/15/2026 at 10AM-EST at the Tomb Memorial Field’s Women Locker Rooms. The deadline for the receipt of questions is 6PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 18th. Quotations are due by June 25, 2026 at 1PM-EST via e-mail to the contracting team.
