Excavate , clean , remove and dispose of ( 1 ) 1 , 000 Gallon underground storage tank per NH D . E . S Rules and Regulations . Include one soil sample and closure report B . SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS This is an occupied facility . At all times noise and dust are to be kept to aa minimum . Provide complete specifications for the equipment and / or materials quoted . Include an anticipated delivery date of the equipment and / or materials ordered . Include anticipated Start and Completion dates . Provide information with regards to warranty and parts / service availability . Pricing to include all freight charges . Rockingham will not be responsible for any additional freight charges not specified in your proposal . NOTE : Items presented as " equivalent " must be clearly identified , with all variations from the specification annotated and are subject to approval by the Director of Facilities , Planning & IT . Scheduling to be coordinated with the office of Facilities Operations . |
