Description | The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey rebate , equipment tracking , workflow management , and reporting system for Roseville Electric Utility and Environmental Utilities . Roseville Electric Utility delivers Demand Side Management ( DSM ) and Distributed Energy Resource ( DER ) programs and is responsible for reviewing and tracking customer - owned solar , batteries , generators , and EV equipment connected to the City ’ s grid . Environmental Utilities administers water conservation incentive programs to meet state and federal reduction targets . Both utilities must document program savings and expenditures and report results to regulatory agencies . The City currently uses a cloud - hosted system built on Salesforce CRM to manage applications , approvals , and payments . The new solution must support similar functionality while improving reporting , customer / contractor access , and staff workflow . |
