Description | The National Park Service , Southeast Alaska Inventory and Monitoring Network ( SEAN ), is issuing a solicitation and requesting quotes for a vessel charter to support long - term marine monitoring and coastal assessment along the outer coast of Glacier Bay ( GLBA ) and Wrangell - St Elias ( WRST ) National Parks and Preserves in Alaska . The requirement includes one base year and an option period . Full details are provided in the solicitation posted on SAM . gov . Quotes will be evaluated using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial services under FAR Part 12 . The anticipated award date is February 2 , 2026 . This procurement is set aside 100 % for small business concerns . The NAICS code is 483114 ( size standard : 500 employees ).
