All responses will be used for market research and planning purposes , to include , but not limited to determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and whether this requirement is eligible for a set - aside . No solicitation is being issued at this time but may be issued later . The Birmingham VA Medical Center , located at 700 19th St S , Birmingham , AL 35233 , requires a contract for temporary lodging services to accommodate VA Beneficiaries authorized overnight stays under the VA Hoptel Program as described in the attached Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) draft . Interested , capable , and qualified vendors are encouraged to review the entire announcement , including attachments before responding to this notice . Responses to this notice shall be forwarded to Lasonja Harvey via e - mail at Lasonja . harvey @ va . gov no later than Thursday , December 18 , 2025 at 2pm ET . Responses to this notice are not considered quotes and will not be used to form a binding agreement .
