Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ( RFP ) is to establish a contract with one or more vendors for the labor , materials , and equipment needed to provide services to the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa ( HACCC ). HACCC owns and manages multiple properties throughout the county . Pricing Items : Lot # 1 – Fees Per Line Item Line Item # 1 Electrical wall outlets and switches shall be tested and made to be in operable condition . Per each . Line Item # 2 Cracked , broken or missing electrical receptor or switch cover plates shall be replaced with new nylon cover plates . HD Supply ; SKU # 329011 or HACCC approved equal . Per each . Line Item # 3 Interior doors shall be supplied and installed with new door stops . Doorstops shall be installed to wall . Per each . Line Item # 4 Excess cable wires must be removed from inside entire unit . Per each . Line Item # 5 Throughout the entire exterior of the unit , clean and wash entire exterior of unit . Per each . Line Item # 6 Repair any leaking hose bibs and replace any missing sewer cleanout covers . Per each .
