A metal building ( Class IV Structure ) with brick pockets on all four sides is required . The brick will be installed at a later phase of the project . The contractor is not responsible for pricing brick at this time . Floor plans and elevations have been provided for the Contractor view . Inside of the fire bays , 4 inches of wrapped insulation is required . However , insulation of the living quarters should not be priced at this time . A 2 hour fire separation wall is required between the fire bays and living quarters . A standing seam roof is required . The roof of this building will be 24 gauge . Wall panels will also be 24 gauge . The contractor shall provide a standard galvalume price and a price with color . The contractor will be responsible for material and labor of the front porch of the living quarters portion of the building . Regarding specifications for doors and windows , no brand is being specified or required . The wall height of the living quarters area is 9 ft . ceilings to be framed with 2x4 ’ s . Garage doors do not need to be priced at this time . Exact color schedules to be determined after bid
