Description
Description | Supplier: Vercel Inc.Circumstances justifying exemption: Goods, services or works can be supplied by only one supplier and there is no reasonable alternative or substitute because for technical reasons there is no real competition. Competitors offer comparable CDN and build-and-deploy services but not packaged with Next.js maintenance; there is no genuine substitute without re-platforming. |
