The City of Marceline is requesting proposals for the replacement of a vertical turbine pump at the Water Treatment Plant . The scope of work includes removing all the current pump located in the basement of the Water Treatment Plant , disposal of removed material and replaced with a vertical turbine pump . It is expected that the pump will need to be removed and replaced in sections based on its location .
