Der Auftraggeber, DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH, schließt einen Überlassungsvertrag für GitLab-Subscriptions mit dem Auftragnehmer. Die DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH betreibt in der Microsoft Azure Cloud eine kollaborative Entwicklungsumgebung (KEP), die den Softwareentwicklern GitLab und weitere standardisierte Tools für die Softwareentwicklung zur Verfügung stellt. Derzeit befinden sich in der KEP 500 GitLab Self-Managed Ultimate Lizenzen im Einsatz welche zum 01.02.2026 verlängert werden müssen.
